- 200 g Rocket (Washed)
- 2 Pears
- ¾ cup Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 70 g Walnuts (Sliced)
- 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 600 g of beef strips
- Place rocket and sliced pear into a large bowl with shaved parmesan.
- Drizzle with oil and balsamic vinegar adding walnuts.
- Fry beef strips, drain and add to the salad
- Toss and serve
