The “Beef Rocket” Salad

Easy, quick, and stylish; just like my first failed relationship. Unlike that schmuck, you will keep coming back to this recipe. Serve with a Pinot Gris or a cheeky littleĀ  Sauvignon Blanc.

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 200 g Rocket (Washed)
  • 2 Pears
  • ¾ cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 70 g Walnuts (Sliced)
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 600 g of beef strips

Instructions

  1. Place rocket and sliced pear into a large bowl with shaved parmesan.
  2. Drizzle with oil and balsamic vinegar adding walnuts.
  3. Fry beef strips, drain and add to the salad
  4. Toss and serve
